Founded in 1973, we started off as a broker in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, and afterwards established a rubber factory in Yashio city, Saitama. In order to focus more on manufacturing rubber parts of mobile communication equipments, medical devices and office automation devices, we moved to Soka city, Saitama, where we are currently located. Since then, we have been specialized in manufacturing rubber parts & sheets, mainly using Silicone. We have been continuing our efforts to keep up with advancements in technologies and tremendous changes in the industry by adapting modernization of operations and improving efficiency.

Since the hollowing out of the Japanese manufacturing industry was accelerated in 90s, we founded our own overseas factory in the Philippines in 1993, called LAGUNA SAIKAI CORPORATION. Thanks to Laguna Saikai's efforts, Laguna Saikai Corporation obtained ISO 9001:2000 in 2003, and then ISO 14000:2004 in 2007.
In order to train Philippines Staff, we became a member of Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO). Since then, we received trainees from Laguna Saikai from time to time. We, Saikai group as a whole, share the same objectives such as improvements in quality control & production capabilities, approach to environmental conservation and cost effectiveness.
