We became a member of Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO) and under the guidance of JITCO we manage to receive trainees from Laguna Saikai Co. Ltd in the Philippines. We are continuously putting our efforts to improve individual awareness of our products & manufacturing by enhancing development of human resources, conducting on-the-job training & corporate education in production & quality management, and strengthening cultural exchanges.
